She brings over two decades of experience managing complex projects, including high-profile work that required discretion and a high level of professionalism. Her background in producing events and programs informs the way she works—keeping a close eye on the details while ensuring everything comes together smoothly. She communicates clearly and moves easily between day-to-day needs and more involved situations, making sure things are handled well from start to finish.
As both a homeowner and vacation-rental owner in South Maui, Swati understands the realities of maintaining a home from afar and the value of having reliable on-island support. Her work combines operational expertise with local insight, providing thoughtful, personalized support for both the home and the lifestyle her clients want to enjoy—so their time on Maui can be spent living, not coordinating.
